Reduced-price admission tickets for Military, College Students, or Discovery World Members may be purchased online, but guests will be asked to provide the qualifying ID or membership card upon check-in.

Reduced-price admission tickets for Access and ASTC guests are not available online or on kiosks and must be purchased in-person with staff at Discovery World’s Admissions Desk.

• Access Tickets are available for Wisconsin residents who present a Wisconsin EBT card, along with a valid ID, will receive admission at $7/person for up to five (5) individuals in their party.
• Your family qualifies if you are a Wisconsin resident that participates in Wisconsin Works, WIC, My WI Childcare, Wisconsin Quest, FoodShare, BadgerCare, or Medicaid. Valid ID Required.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. This is including but not limited to lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets will be emailed to you upon the completion of your order.

A valid admission ticket that is purchased online shall become invalid upon the expiration of the time frame and/or date stated on the ticket. Admission tickets purchased online may only be used for admission during the selected time frame and/or day that was selected during checkout.

Admission tickets will be accepted for entry on the day selected during purchase during listed operation hours. Visit length will not be limited. Please check our Calendar of Events for exceptions to our hours and a list of closed dates, special hours, or early closures. We recommend arriving at least 2 hours before building closure.

Resales of any admission tickets without prior and express authorization from Discovery World are strictly prohibited. Admission tickets cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged. For guests’ safety, all children must be accompanied by a chaperone age 16 or older.

Discovery World closes at 4:00pm, unless otherwise stated. All vehicles must be removed from Discovery World’s underground parking garage by 4:15pm. There is no overnight parking. Any vehicle left in the garage after 4:15pm will remain locked in the garage until the next time Discovery World is open.

Planning to visit us again soon? Turn your recent ticket purchase into a full year of unlimited exploration. Simply bring your receipt to the Admissions Desk or call the Membership Department to apply your purchased ticket towards the cost of a membership. This special offer is valid for membership purchases made within seven (7) days of your visit and must be completed either in-person or over the phone. Be sure to contact us before the end of your 7-day period to take advantage of this exciting opportunity!

Please note that we can only apply the number of purchased tickets that would normally be covered under a membership. For example, if you purchased 4 adult tickets, but are looking to buy a Family Level Membership, only 2 of the purchased adult tickets would be applied as part of that membership level.

If you have already purchased a membership, you will not be able to apply past ticket purchases retroactively. Memberships cannot be fully or partially refunded.
