Join us for Flight Day, a celebration of everything that soars, glides, and flies. Explore the science behind flight through hands-on activities, interactive exhibits, and special presentations featuring airplanes, rockets, birds, bats, and more.

Meet pilots, wildlife experts, drone enthusiasts, and STEM professionals as you discover the forces that make flight possible. Design and launch paper airplanes, explore model rockets, meet live animal ambassadors, learn about bird migration and bat conservation, and enjoy flight-themed family activities throughout the museum.

• Live raptor presentation from Schlitz Audubon Nature Center – Raptor Program
• Conservation exhibits featuring monarch butterflies and purple martins with Racine Zoo
• Hands-on STEM activities with MSOE Space Raiders Lunabotics

Don’t miss our Paper Airplane Contest and Southwest Airlines Ticket Raffle from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants in the contest will be entered for a chance to win two round-trip Southwest tickets (one raffle entry per family).
