Group Visit Request Form

Upon receiving a request, a Reservations Staff member will:

(a) Review and check availability.
(b) Ask any follow-up questions or acknowledge a request.
(c) Confirm your assigned visit date.
(d) Email invoices, schedules, deadlines, and other visit information.

In order to keep your reservation and discounted rates, you are required to submit the following items at least two (2) weeks prior to your assigned visit date:

(a) Final student/child and adult headcount
(b) Signed agreement
(c) Full payment

Any person not included or paid for in your final headcount by the two (2) week deadline date will pay full-price general admission of $21/child and $25/adult. In addition, these individuals will not be allowed in any scheduled lunch period(s) or program(s). We will not accept day-of walk-up payments or walk-up additions at discounted school or group rates.

Any request to change, reschedule, or cancel must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to your assigned visit date. Requests made after the two (2) week deadline will not be accepted, nor will any refunds or credits be given.
