How does your tongue know the difference between sugar and salt? Use your own taste buds in order to learn about the science of taste and to investigate the factors that influence our experiences with food.

This lab involves eating or tasting different food items. Please let us know of any allergies and if those allergies are airborne, touch sensitive, or ingestion only.
